Cancellation/Refund Policy

Subscriptions are free but you may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button. All purchased products downloaded from our website do not qualify for a refund except in cases where the product download stalled and was unable to complete. If physical DVDs or CDs are ordered and found to be defective on receipt, a full refund or product replacement will be offered to the customer. We will cover shipping costs as well.
